I am applying to the journalism major this quarter, and I had a couple of questions that I would love answered if anyone feels like it (please feel like it)...
1. Someone told me a while ago that it would be a good idea to attach an article that I wrote, and to also include a letter of recommendation when applying. Did anyone who has applied and been accepted do this? Does this seem like a good idea?
2. Do a lot of people end up getting rejected the first time? I have never known anyone who has applied, so I can't really gauge here. Avg. GPA's? Are they looking for a stellar admissions essay? (400 words isn't much for stellar-ness)
3. Any other tips or suggestions?
Thanks a lot, guys.
