where do I go from here?

meeting space

Does anyone know of a good space for a book club meeting? I am expecting about fifteen people. We tried Solstice last time, but it was too loud. I have called Trabant, but they said that they have a "one drink per person" policy, and I would rather not impose that on the book club members. If there are rooms we can rent on campus for free, that would be great. I would prefer a space where we can bring food.

Hi all. Is anyone else able to access the Schedule Finder for Spring 2007? I register in less than two weeks and the Schedule Finder for spring isn't up yet. I don't remember it taking this long in previous quarters. Is it the same for everyone, or is just me?

A couple of my friends and I are visiting the UW for next Friday/Saturday, and I would really like to get to know the school. (I know 2 days isn't going to be enough) Do any of you have any suggestion on places to go or things to do?

On another note, What is the Honors Program like, a general question, I realize. Does it make the school any smaller? How does it make the academic or living experience different?

I appreciate it.

Badly formulated question

Hope my question somewhat makes sense:
If I want to take an online class Spring quarter and take some regular classes that quarter as well. Do the number of credits add up so that I pay regular tuition?
Take 5 credits online + 12 regular credits. Would I pay just for 12 credits (12-18 credit is the same price)?
There is like $50 of extra technological fees associated with the online class, so would the $50 be the only difference in tuition?

And also has anybody taken Math 125 online, and if yes how did you like it? And do they grade on a curve in that class and how different is it from the regular math 125?
I can only take Math 125 online because I do not want to be on campus more then twice per week.

(This is the website for the online fees: http://www.extension.washington.edu/ext/courses/fees.asp , couldn't find the info I was looking for though :(
