Stat course recommendations

I'm currently working in a research lab (as full time staff; I graduated in Dec.), and my boss and I are looking to take a statistics course together-- neither of us have taken one, and feel like it would be helpful-- most of the date we have is qualitative, but not all, and we'd like actually know what we're doing when we need to do statistical analysis!

So, can anyone recommend a stat/qsci/biostat class they find particularly useful for biologists? Or, if you took one that was absolutely awful, that would help (maybe) narrow down our choices-- or at least give us an idea of what to avoid!

Here are ones that I have looked into or thought might work:
QSCI 291 & 292
QSCI 381
STAT 311
