summer room, discount

Summer sublet in Nordheim Court available:

You will get the month of June for free (beginning after finals) and you also get a discount of $155 per month for July and August. So what I am asking for is $450 for both July and August. And like I said the rent is $605 per month (including all utilities) so you're saving a lot. That price of $450 could be negotiable though, depending on interest, I really just need someone to take the room! Anyways, it's all fully furnished, full kitchen, two floors, short walk/ one bus stop to campus, 24 hour fitness center, UW internet/ cable, lots of other fun stuff. You'd be living with 2-3 fun and respectful male roommates. You also must be male. Please comment here or email me at with any interest or questions! Thanks
