So, is it just me, or have the posts here been kinda like a highly caffeinated three year-old? (i.e., all over the place)

Well, I guess in the spirit of things:

Will someone have sex with me on the weekend so I can go get a legal abortion and then we can go buy some cheap Cap'n Crunch? Also, I have ridiculously high SAT score and GPA, do you think I'll get in?!!!!!

Political Show by the UW!

The hottest political comedy show in Seattle, Election Show 2004, has been accepted to as a Mainstage performer at the 2005 Miami Improv Festival and as a Featured Act at the 2005 DC Comedy Fest!

To raise money to send the cast we’re having two encore performances! Here’s the lowdown:

What is Election Show 2004: Election Show 2004 is a completely improvised election where your vote decides the winner! Follow the candidates though a brutal primary, debates, attack ads and scandals all based on audience suggestions! Who will win: The upstart challenger or the incumbent president? Your vote can make the difference!

Plus, the show features no real politics or political issues (no war, taxes, etc.)! We use fake candidates, fake issues, fake political parties and our candidate's platforms are chosen by the audience. If one candidate promises to shorten the workday from 8 hours to 4 while the other promises to create a new branch of the military comprised entirely of ninjas, the people's will rules.

hey. I was wondering who all of you are vegan? I've been at UW for three years and haven't met too many uw vegans. Also, I am looking to start a vegan house in May/June and am looking for 1-2 more people (for a total of 4 or 5 in a 3-4 bedroom house). please leave a comment if you're interested in sharing a vegan house or sharing food at vegan potlucks (which won't start for some time as I am in berlin at the moment).

math 124 milac

Has anyone taken Math 124 with Milac? Ok, if you have... his requirements to get a 4.0 are getting 294/320 of the total points... but I am confused as to whether or not he curves his tests at all?? don't most math teachers? I should be asking the TA this, but I thought maybe someone would know here... thanks guys, sorry for the annoying grade questions.

Hi everyone. I have a request for all of the smokers - *please* don't smoke directly in front of doors, especially the dorms. Today someone put out a cigarette as s/he was going into McCarty, and exhaled a big, final puff of smoke right in front of the door, making it hard to avoid inhaling the smoke when I was going inside. It's a nuisance to have to inhale cigarette smoke when I'm trying to walk into my building of residence, and it doesn't smell good. Plus, if there are any asthmatics, it could be difficult for them to breathe. I'm not asking you to quit smoking for my sake, but please smoke far enough away from the doors where those of us that don't want to smoke, don't need to. Thanks.
