~ Why did the UW have to suck and cut its broadcast journalism program (amongst others) a few yrs back?? *sigh*

- I guess its somewhat of a rhetorical question.. just a random thought of mine.. now wsu happens to be the only school in state with a broadcast journalism program. I'm sorry I'm aimlessly babbling.. I don't know why I'm so worried about this all of a sudden, I'm already in both of my majors and on track and all.. anywho.. Happy Holidays everyone!

I've waited and waited...

Okay, So, I've been waiting and grades are supposed to be out today right? But all I have still for my Rise of Asia history class is an x. Is something wrong? Do I need to message the prof or the ta or something? Can an x mean anything else? I heard something about an incomplete, what does that mean? Thanks for any help, much appreciated.

Sorry if this is a repeat, but have people taken sociology 110? Any good?

This quarter I'm taking 17 credits, and I'll be rehearsing for Vagina Monologues, as well as directing an improv troupe, as well as running tech for a show, as well as having a job. So a relatively-engaging-but-somewhat-light-homework-load class would be good.

~I know there has got be some IMA employees around here, and maybe some HFS front desk ppl too.. but..
my question: So I applied for a job (well, I wrote down 3 diff positions I would like to apply for..) at the IMA, and I also turned in a(nother) app for the res hall front desks..this was towards the end of fall qtr, 1-2 weeks before the end of the qtr.. and I was just wondering if anyone knows if/ when I might possibly get any word back from the people concerned with hiring..I have yet to hear from anyone about anything. I need to continue my job hunt, but I was just wondering if anyone knows anything about this sort of stuff.. thanks!

So, for all of you who celebrate Christmas--what did you ask for?

(I know, I know, this is non-UW related, but hey, school is not in session...and we have all talked enough about grades, yes? Plus, I am curious what the big items are this year)
