Subject:Section IDs?
Time:11:07 am.
Can someone point me to an explanation of section IDs? I remember seeing one during freshman orientation, but I can't find it. (If someone wants to give me specific advice, the course I'm wondering about is CSE 142 BH.)

just passing along a worthy message...

I’m writing to ask you to consider announcing an up-coming meeting to your students.

The United Students Against Sweatshops, an international organization that has been active since approximately the mid-90’s, is interested in developing more of a presence in the Northwest and Seattle, specifically. They have been major leaders in forcing universities and colleges across the country to commit to purchasing products, such as apparel or athletic equipment, only when the workers who make them are treated fairly and respectfully at work.

The assigned representative from that organization – a very dynamic and organized woman named Helene Lustan – has asked me to find out how she might start making contacts with students across our District, and at SCCC, specifically.

She and I have arranged a meeting room/time/day for this, and I am writing to you all in the hopes that you might pass the word to your students:

Tuesday, Dec. 7

1:00 PM

Room 4181

Free Food!

Does anybody know what the story is behind the little plaques resting against the trees on the west side of Memorial Way this afternoon?

The plight of a student. Hopefully, someone can help me out!

I'm registered for CSE 373 for Winter, but along with 4 other classes (AMATH 351, AMATH 352, FINN 202, LING 462). So, is this completely stupid and unreasonable? (it's winter, the weather sucks, I would want to stay indoors and working! :-) Really, it all comes down to this: how workload intensive is CSE 373? If the answer is "very," AMATH 352 will have to be sacrificed (getting rid of linguistics or Finnish, or Amath 351 is not an option since I absolutely need them). So, if anyone knows, please help me make the Decision whether or not to drop math by sharing your opinion/experience!

I've heard that CSE 373 doesn't take up as much time as CSE 142/143, but the source of that opinion is questionable ;-)

Also, if I've taken Math 308 recently, will AMATH 352 be easier for me? Maybe just a little? :-)
