holding spots in a class

I'm new to UW sort of, so I don't really know how this works.
But, I'm registered for winter quarter. And I'm really hoping to get into this ENGL 131 class. My status is listed as a freshman, but I have 90+ credits and it won't let me register for it since it's a soph/fresh only class until per 2/3 registration. Are there any freshman or sophmores willing to sign up for that class (SLN# 3591), and then dropping it soon as I'm able to register, so I can take that spot? If there are any classes you want to make sure you get a spot in, I'll sign up for that and hold a spot for you.

Just wanted to spread the word about a couple of sneak previews coming to the HUB next week! Check them out because, well they're free, why wouldn't you go?

Pick up your FREE passes at the HUB Information Desk Monday at 8am.

KINSEY (Liam Neeson, Laura Linney, Peter Sarsgaard):
A look at the life of Alfred Kinsey (Neeson), a pioneer in the area of
human sexuality research, whose 1948 publication "Sexual Behavior in the Human Male" was one of the first recorded works that saw science address sexual behavior. (
**This one is getting great reviews...

Pick up your FREE passes at the HUB Information Desk Thursday at 8am.

NATIONAL TREASURE (Nicolas Cage, Harvey Keitel, Jon Voight):
Benjamin Franklin Gates descends from a family of treasure-seekers who've
all hunted for the same thing: a war chest hidden by the Founding Fathers after the
Revolutionary War. Ben's close to discovering its whereabouts, as is his competition, but the FBI is also hip to the hunt. (

Also you can get added to the e-mail list that will tell you about sneak previews before anyone else as well as the HUB film series. Just e-mail and tell them you want to be added to the films list.

Math 120?

I'm wondering whether I should take Math 120 as pass/fail before the deadline on Sunday. I got a 2.0 on the last midterm. While I have a 3.26 GPA right now, I also have three other classes that I'll most likely get a 3.0+ in... and I need to keep my GPA above the 3. So.... should I make it S/NS and have to take more natural world credit or just bite the bullet and let it take down my GPA?
