Private Career Counselors--Any Suggestions?

I graduated and I've been having a heck of a time finding a permanent job. Anyone have suggestions for any effective career counseling companies? The career counseling at the university was pretty general, and I'm looking for advice more long-term than what a headhunter would give. Thanks!
