Writing Resource for CoE Undergrads

Just fyi for CoE undergraduate students (or any other undergrads who are taking engineering classes that involve writing)
If you're writing a paper for an engineering class or are preparing a resume for a job (or are doing anything else within that vein), you should consider dropping by the Engineering Writing Center! We can help you if you're stuck on an idea or need a fresh pair of eyes to pick at things. We don't edit or proofread, but we can give you really good ideas about how to improve your paper. We can definitely help strengthen your writing skills and help clarify the TC 231/333 assignments. The service is free, of course, and you can find us here:

We'd really love to help you become more effective communicators!

Winter 2008 hours:
Monday: 9:30-1:30, 2:30-4:30
Tuesday: 9:30-3:30
Wednesday: 9:30-1:30, 2:30-4:30
Thursday: 9:30-11:30, 12:30-2:30, 3:30-5:30
Friday: 9:30-1:30

Also, if you're interested in becoming a peer tutor yourself, please email us at (The only real requirement is that you did ok in TC 231.) You don't have to be an expert writer; this is more about talking with people and listening to help solve problems.

Thanks :)
