Habitat For Humanity build on May 19

The UW Habitat For Humanity student chapter badly needs volunteers for a build on Saturday May 19, a week from today.

Volunteering on a Habitat build is a great way to make a difference in people's lives, and also fun and educational for the people involved. You get to work with your hands, make new friends, and positively impact people's lives, all in the same day!

We will be meeting on campus about 8 am, carpool from here, and return about 5 pm. This build is in South Seattle. No experience or tools required. The site in-charge will tell you everything you need to know. Dress sensibly (no shorts or open-toed shoes) and be prepared to work outdoors or indoors.

If you are interested in signing up, please email me (mishra at u.) and specify:

1. Name
2. Email
3. Phone number
4. Do you have a car?
5. If yes, how many people can you transport including yourself?

We have lots of spots available so please do volunteer.

I will send out more details to the people who sign up as we get closer to the build date.
