Hansee

It's time to pick dorms again. As this will be (next year) my third year in the dorms, I'm going to try and get a Hansee single.

I was wondering when and how the room changing thing happens. I've done it before but I didn't pay much attention. I want to be prepared this year so I'm sure I get the area I want.
